We offer a full range of high-level catering services—from coffee and breakfast to take away lunch boxes to designer buffets and served meals. Check out our catering guide full of fresh, creative ideas. The guide is just a starting point—we're happy to help you customize your menu. On-campus events are required to use our catering services, provided through Sodexo.

Cottingham Theater

Host shows, concerts, and theatrical productions in our full-scale performance venue. The Cottingham Theater features a raised stage, backstage access, and a technical booth at the rear for seamless production support. Our team can also provide lighting, sound, and tech personnel to ensure your event runs flawlessly.
Seating capacity: 350

Spears Concert Hall

Recently renovated and centered around a magnificent pipe organ, Spears Concert Hall is ideal for musical performances, recitals, presentations, and lectures. Guests can mingle in the adjacent modern reception area, while performers take advantage of on-site practice rooms and dressing areas.

One of our most versatile and spacious event settings, fully renovated, perfect for luncheons, gala banquets, receptions, or live music. This bright, well-appointed space can be tailored for speaker panels, band setups, or exhibition-style layouts.

Terrace 

Located on the second floor of the Student Union, the Terrace blends indoor comfort with covered outdoor ambiance, overlooking our scenic campus green. Ideal for cocktail hours, networking mixers, or intimate receptions.

Breed Leadership Building

Lecture Hall

Featured on the first floor, this tiered-lecture space is uniquely designed for speaking engagements, seminars, or advanced classroom setups — all in a professional, auditorium-style environment.
Seating capacity: 70

Conference Room

Flexible configuration for traditional board meetings, breakout sessions, or classroom-style learning. Moveable partitions allow expansion and customization.
Seating capacity: 70–149 (depending on setup)

Board Room

Located just off the main entrance of our iconic campus building, the Board Room offers an executive-style meeting environment with natural light and direct access.
Seating capacity: 20

Entire Campus

Planning a large-scale retreat, immersive training, or multi-day experience? Our full campus rental offers dorm-style lodging, expansive green spaces, and multifunctional indoor venues, giving your group a self-contained community experience in a college-town setting.
Capacity: 500+ (overnight groups included)
